Job Description

A significant project that has a national reach requires a Sharepoint Administrator/Consultant to work closely with the Sharepoint Architect and assist in driving a Sharepoint Online and O365 migration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop fit for purpose Sharepoint Online solutions with guidance from industry best practices
  • Assist with migration from legacy systems into Sharepoint Online (Sharegate)
  • Manages Sharepoint Implementations from initial installation to maintenance
  • Work closely with business and subject matter experts to analyse, detail and document requirements for tailored collaborative environments
  • Design configure and test enhancements/bug fixes to classic and modern experience Sharepoint customisations (page layouts, web parts, search services)
  • Provide support to coordinate User Acceptance Testing and monitor testing processes to ensure business quality expectations are met
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing around Office 365 and Sharepoint to end users
  • Continuously improve upon business experience and identify solutions where efficiencies can be achieved
Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience with onsite SharePoint environment administration
  • 5+ years of SharePoint Online administration experience
  • Deep knowledge of SharePoint 2013 
  • Solid understanding of IIS, Active Directory and mail flow to SharePoint
  • High level of understanding of SharePoint and SPO permissions
