This business is growing and are now seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager to join our Marketing & Innovation Team.

  
About the role:
  
As Senior Brand Manager, your focus will be to lead brand strategy to identify category growth opportunities. You will drive brand planning to support existing and new products across current and potential new channels of sale.
  
The Senior Brand Manager will also be responsible for:
▪ Developing long term plans and strategies to drive product and category growth in line with Business Goals
▪ Recommend, develop and drive the launch of new product lines
▪ Manage a large portfolio of different retail brands and develop appropriate strategies for each
▪ Lead and develop direct reports and coordinate cross-functional teams
▪ Responsible for the full marketing mix, including product, price, promotion and placement
▪ Evaluate marketing programs to ascertain effectiveness and ROI
▪ Work alongside customer and national accounts teams to translate customer insights into strategies which drive performance
▪ Drive category relationships with our existing and new customer base
▪ Lead category management projects to optimise ranges and related merchandising
  
About the person:
  
To be successful in this role you will have a proven track record of developing and bringing to market new FMCG products and strategies driving business growth.

Further to this you will possess:
▪ 7-10 years’ marketing experience within a FMCG industry, including packaged food
▪ Proven track record of developing and implementing a successful strategic plan aligned with business goals
▪ A thorough understanding of retail insights
▪ Ability to demonstrate a high level of effective team management and engagement
▪ Proven ability to use interpersonal skills in everyday workplace situations
▪ Marketing experience working within international business sectors in the food service and/or grocery would be advantageous
▪ Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline
