Job Description

Troocoo is partnering with a leading Not for Profit organisation that has seen continued success due to their people first approach. Due to growth we are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to further support this dynamic team based in Milton.

Working within a broader team of 10 you will provide daily administrative support and will be the first point of contact for all customers. As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing the day to day reception and administrative duties.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Email inbox monitoring - assisting with managing the information and feedback email inboxes, ensuring a high quality of customer service and first point resolution
  • Creation and management of supplier orders
  • First point of contact for customers
  • Accurate data entry and electronic file management
  • Monitoring and reporting on Client review lists
  • Adhoc administrative duties

You will have previous administrative experience and pride yourself on your strong organisational skills.
