Job Description
Role Responsibilities:
- Establish project charter and project plan for software implementation
- Provide project documentation support
- Manage and report on the project budget
- Manage project risks and issues
- Establish and manage a project change management process
- Develop and execute the implementation project plan
- Assist in defining and documenting detailed functional requirements for the software
- Liaise with information services teams to ensure infrastructure platforms availability for testing and training.
- Record and distribute minutes of all project meetings
- Provide regular detailed reports on project status to all stakeholders
- Experience in systems implementation/development
- Awareness of care governance responsibilities in the aged care environment
- Experienced in the use of systems in a healthcare environment
- Experience in large scale project management
- Able to operate in cross functional groups to set and achieve project goals
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Formal project management certification
- 5+ years in project management support experience (in systems implementation and/or healthcare related projects)
