- Managing End to End recruitment processes; including sourcing, screening, interviewing and aftercare on roles (both corporate and blue collar)
- Management of internal and external job boards
- Extensive relationship building and stakeholder management
- Development and implementation of sourcing strategies
- Other recruitment duties as required
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably internal
- Proven experience of end-to-end process
- HR Degree qualified or similar qualification desirable.
