Due to the success and growth of the organisation, an opportunity for a Google Analytics Specialist is now available in their head office. This highly integral role will see you join a business that is going through exciting change and growth and you will have the opportunity to help drive digital analytics.
About the role:
As the Google Analytics Specialist, you will work with the content, product and online teams to provide support and detailed advice on measured Google analytics. As the product expert, you will be considered the go-to person and be able to report on detailed information to the relevant stakeholders.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Develop an end-to-end understanding of how our customers use and move through our digital channels (both on and off platform) to establish data-led, actionable insights.
- Design, construct and maintain digital analytics architectures, platforms and assets to support business outcomes, including digital data reliability, efficiency and quality.
- Contribute to the success of digital channels, products and optimisation efforts, through providing hands-on production of digital data related assets to support changes and experiments for growth (e.g. measuring A/B test outcomes, lead capturing and retargeting activities, etc.).
- Communicate customer digital data insights to key stakeholders across the business (including designing and building digital dashboards) to generate increasing momentum towards a Group culture of data-led decision making which also supports service, engagement or product improvement and innovation.
The successful candidate will have hands on end-to-end experience architecting, maintaining and enhancing enterprise grade Google Analytics and Tag Manager implementations. You will have proven experience in commercial reporting environments, leveraging data to produce actionable insights that deliver business value.
Ideally you will have proven experience with data visualisation tools to produce quality dashboards and reports (e.g. Google Data Studio, Microsoft Power BI, etc.).
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in working in an agency background with strong Google analytics knowledge. You will have exceptional communication skills and be able to communicate with stakeholders at various levels.
