Our client is a Government owned corporation who have a new requirement for a Business Analyst to assist on several significant change initiatives. The successful candidate will be working with an established team of business analysts and the wider business to assess change impact and perform change analysis. You will also be able to calculate the business benefit inherent in implementing that change.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Experience in requirements gathering, analysis and evaluation of business needs in a business systems environment
- 5+ years experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Ability to analyse both business and technical needs and impacts to articulate requirements for change
- The ability to lead and facilitate workshops.
- Demonstrated experience defining functional user stories
- Strong stakeholder engagement
- Previous experience with Change Analysis highly regarded
