As 2017 draws to a close and most of us are thinking of a jolly man in a red suit and a few magical reindeer, for many it’s a time to reflect on the year that was.
We started 2017 with a wealth of recruitment experience but zero clients, zero candidates, zero employees and a blank canvas ready to be populated with our ideas, energy and effort. The team at TROOCOO have now reflected on an amazing first 11-months in our great new business.
TROOCOO exists because a group of like-minded and experienced recruitment leaders decided to establish a business that reflected a shared vision. Like any vision, you have to make it a reality and as we look back on our first year in business we’re really proud of the passion and determination that everybody has shown to get this fantastic business off the ground and firing!!
