Due to growth in our Brisbane team, we are seeking an experienced Solutions Director – People Advisory to join. This role sits at the intersection of consulting, workforce strategy and outsourced talent solutions, working with enterprise and mid-market clients to design and deliver high-impact recruitment and workforce advisory programs.
This position plays a critical role in shaping outsourced recruitment solutions including RPO, embedded recruitment, project recruitment and workforce advisory engagements, ensuring Troocoo continues to deliver market-leading workforce outcomes for our clients.

As Solutions Director, you will partner closely with enterprise clients to understand workforce challenges and design scalable, commercially viable talent solutions.
Working alongside Troocoo’s commercial leadership, strategic partnerships and delivery teams, you will lead the design, mobilisation and oversight of outsourced recruitment programs, ensuring solutions deliver measurable outcomes for clients.
This role is ideal for a senior recruitment solutions professional who enjoys combining consulting, solution architecture and client engagement to solve complex workforce challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Workforce Solutions Design
- Design and develop RPO, embedded recruitment and project recruitment solutions for enterprise clients.
- Translate workforce challenges into scalable and commercially viable talent solutions.
- Develop service models, operating frameworks and pricing structures aligned with client needs.
- Provide advisory support around talent acquisition strategy and workforce planning.
- Lead solution workshops, proposal development and executive presentations.
- Support Troocoo’s Strategic Partnerships team in securing new enterprise opportunities.
- Build trusted relationships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams and executive stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to expand People Advisory services across existing clients.
- Lead the mobilisation of new outsourcing engagements including RPO and embedded recruitment programs.
- Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures and operating models.
- Partner with delivery teams to transition programs from solution design into operational execution.
- Provide strategic oversight and guidance to delivery teams supporting People Advisory programs.
- Monitor program performance against SLAs, KPIs and client expectations.
- Act as senior escalation point for complex client issues.
- Lead client review meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain strong awareness of trends in workforce strategy, recruitment outsourcing and talent technology.
- Contribute to Troocoo’s market insights and client advisory capability.
- Support innovation in talent solutions aligned with evolving workforce models.
About You
You are a commercially minded workforce solutions professional with experience designing and implementing enterprise talent programs.
You will likely bring:
- Experience working within RPO, embedded recruitment or workforce solutions environments
- A strong understanding of talent acquisition operating models and recruitment delivery frameworks
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise recruitment or outsourcing programs
- Strong commercial acumen and solution architecture capability
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence senior HR and business leaders
- Experience leveraging HR technology and recruitment platforms to deliver innovative workforce solutions
