Graeme is the Executive GM of Troocoo People Advisory and one of the equity partners in the Troocoo business. Graeme has developed an extensive network of HR Technology providers, HR Consultancy and Testing and screening vendor partnerships and leverages these relationships to design tailor made, innovative end to end HR Service solutions for his clients. Graeme is passionate about driving innovation within the HR Services space in order to deliver a differentiated and sector-leading service.
With over 12 years in the HR Services industry, both in Australia and in the UK, Graeme has an in-depth understanding of the world of work. His more recent tenure with major global recruitment companies has seen him work with numerous international household brands as well as high calibre local and national businesses, in order to deliver successful Human Capital gains.
With a consultative approach and a growth mindset, he has a passion for leveraging technology and partnering with clients in order to dramatically improve the HR value chain.
