About the Role  
  
As the Director of Human Resources at Troocoo, you will play a crucial role within our senior leadership team, reporting directly to the EGM of Queensland. You will be responsible for both the strategic and commercial performance of the HR division, as well as training, developing and mentoring your team to uphold our  best-in-industry standards for client and candidate experience.  
  
You will need to:

  • Prioritise the growth and well-being of your team. 
  • Excel in multitasking and setting clear priorities, and managing diverse projects 
  • Embrace your role as a key partner in positioning Troocoo as a market leader in the HR recruitment sector 
  
Key Responsibilities 
  • Build strategic business plans for both the HR division and individual team members that align with the wider Troocoo Business Strategy.    
  • Take full ownership and responsibility for the divisional P&L and manage revenue and costs accordingly.    
  • Play an active role as a member of the SLT to support all Troocoo employees and actively promote Troocoo values.   
  • Identify new potential team members and integrate new hires into the division and wider business.  
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships, enhancing client and candidate satisfaction and exploring new business opportunities 

About You 
  
  • You possess a strong level of business acumen driving operational and strategic decision making.  
  • Ability to foster exceptional relationships to lead and support your team and the wider business 
  • The ability to self-motivate towards operational goals and motivate others to deliver outcomes.   
  • You bring knowledge and confidence to understand client requirements and create innovative HR solutions 
  • Set, manage and perform to individual and divisional KPIs.  
  • Ability to deliver consistency in a professional recruitment methodology.
