About the Role:
Sitting between the collections floor and an external legal partner, you’ll be responsible for:
- Conducting investigative skip-tracing to confirm contact, verify information, and support legal escalation
- Liaising with solicitors throughout the litigation lifecycle to ensure timely and effective enforcement outcomes
- Managing complex matters and seeking strong pre-litigation resolutions
- Acting as the internal escalation point for legal collections queries
- Assisting with the refinement of process and workflow within a growing legal support function
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Exposure to litigation processes or legal support functions
- Comfortable engaging with external legal stakeholders
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritise competing matters in a fast-moving environment
