Throughout her career at Troocoo, Chloe has recruited across a broad range of white-collar roles within the Business Services division, developing a strong understanding of corporare service workforce challenges and the importance of aligning technical capability with organisational culture. Prior to joining Troocoo, she recruited nationally for hospitals and health services, delivering appointments spanning frontline clinicians through to middle and senior management. Chloe also brings commercial experience from financial services, where she managed a large client portfolio across Brisbane and regional Queensland, building trusted relationships and delivering consistently high levels of service.
