With more than five year’s experience in recruitment, she has developed a strong understanding of workforce demands, market trends and the importance of cultural alignment in long-term hiring success.
Throughout her career, Chloe has worked extensively within the Mental Health and Community Services sectors, supporting hospitals and health services nationally. Her portfolio has included roles ranging from frontline clinicians through to middle and senior management. Chloe has also worked as an Account Manager in Financial Services, where she delivered high-quality service to a large portfolio of clients across Brisbane and regional Queensland, sharpening her commercial awareness and relationship management skills.
Academically, Chloe holds a Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Business, a Diploma in Human Resources Management and an Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management.
