The Head of Brand and Customer Strategy will be responsible for amplifying brand awareness through defining and driving an integrated brand strategy that connects marketing, retail, product, and customer experience into one powerful and consistent narrative.
By embedding deep customer insight, clear segmentation, and purposeful storytelling into the everyday rhythm of the business, you’ll ensure the brand shows up with clarity, cohesion, and commercial impact at every touchpoint.
Collaborating closely with marketing, creative, buying, and operations teams, you’ll lead the charge in activating new audiences, deepening brand relevance, and growing reach—while embedding a customer-obsessed mindset throughout the organisation.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned commercial leader with 15+ years of experience. They bring a strong background in brand and marketing strategy, retail economics, and omnichannel performance, with a proven ability to translate customer insights into meaningful business growth.
With experience working in high-growth, founder-led environments, they are strategic, data-driven, and thrive in fast-paced, ever-evolving settings.
A natural collaborator and communicator, this person is highly skilled at leading cross-functional teams, scaling systems and structures, and managing complex projects with competing priorities. They have exceptional stakeholder management skills and a talent for driving commercial outcomes while keeping the customer at the centre.
