Troocoo Government are currently assisting a valued client find their next Program Support Officer (A03). This is an exciting opportunity to provide a high level of administrative support to the project team. This is an initial 12-month temporary contract starting ASAP with potential to extend.
The Role:
In the role of Program Support Officer you will utilise a broad range of computer software programs and information management systems and databases to provide high level support services to district staff and/or team members which enhance the timely and effective delivery of project/s, ensuring compliance with appropriate legislation, organisation policies and procedures.

The Role:
In the role of Program Support Officer you will utilise a broad range of computer software programs and information management systems and databases to provide high level support services to district staff and/or team members which enhance the timely and effective delivery of project/s, ensuring compliance with appropriate legislation, organisation policies and procedures.
The Program Support Officer's responsibilities will be to:
- Manage regional vehicle fleet operations, including servicing, logbook compliance, leasing, and vehicle utilisation.
- Coordinate procurement tasks such as PPE ordering and oversee courier/mail deliveries, tenders, and register/database maintenance.
- Facilitate training, travel, and onboarding logistics for staff and contractors.
- Support local operational system improvements and compliance with policies, WH&S, and governance obligations.
- Provide high-quality reception services and client support, ensuring accurate call handling and stakeholder engagement
