Harry is a Senior Consultant within Troocoo’s Government division, specialising in Business Services & Volume.
With over three years’ experience in recruitment and a strong background in customer service and disability support, Harry brings a people-focused and relationship-driven approach to recruitment. He specialises in the delivery of end-to-end recruitment solutions across temporary contract and permanent workforce needs, with a key focus in large-scale government recruitment campaigns and assessment centre facilitation.
Harry has partnered with a range of Queensland Government departments and statutory bodies to deliver tailored recruitment outcomes across customer service, administration, project services, procurement and finance support. He has supported high-volume recruitment assessment centres and end-to-end selection processes, with experience across stakeholder engagement, reference and probity checking and defensible recruitment practices aligned with public sector frameworks.
Throughout his recruitment career, Harry has successfully supported large-scale recruitment projects involving significant applicant volumes and multi-stream hiring campaigns across a number of locations, often within fast-paced and time-critical environments. Whether managing large-scale recruitment campaigns or supporting a single critical appointment, Harry prides himself on delivering the same responsive, thorough and high-quality service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. He is recognised for his strong communication style, attention to detail, ability to build trust with stakeholders, and commitment to delivering a positive and seamless candidate experience.
Harry holds a Bachelor of Science with an extended major in Psychology, which supports his strong understanding of interpersonal communication, behavioural assessment, and candidate engagement strategies.
