About the role
This is a newly created position that will work closely with the Director and you will be responsible for helping to build the Sales division at Troocoo. This is a pivotal appointment for the business, and we are looking for somebody with extensive recruitment experience and strong relationships in the Queensland market. You will be accountable for helping to execute the client engagement strategy in this pivotal division. You will work closely with the customer experience team that work closely with Troocoo’ s clients and candidates with a focus on best practice. We will be looking for the following skills and experience at the interview stage to ensure that you will be successful in the role:
- Cultural fit and alignment;
- Strong background in Sales or similar recruitment job types;
- Exceptional people skills;
- Emotional intelligence and working style;
- High-performance qualities and attributes;
- Level of commitment in terms of personal drivers and motivation;
- In-depth analysis of previous work history and experience in similar roles;
- Demonstrated level of skills in influencing combined with strong commercial acumen; and
- Level of emotional resilience and capability to manage multiple priorities.
