Critical and pivotal position leading new customer attraction and lifetime value for direct to consumer channel marketing objectives. Identifying, innovating and executing multiple growth opportunities for the D2C channel strategy, customer experience value proposition, and "Glocal" expansion plan, that can be maximised by using digital + O2O channels for measured brand and demand generation results.
- Work cross functionally to best operationalise the D2C X O2O capability
- Review and optimise the existing consumer journey and how to incorporate direct initiatives
- Lead and activate channel strategy, end-to-end campaign management
- Explore, advocate, innovate emerging D2C marketing opportunities to position our challenger brand objectives
- Build compelling business cases to launch new initiatives utilising your knowledge of digital channels, content marketing, social media
- Manage and lead an internal team and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience in successfully executing and scaling new D2C models for edgy experiential brands;
- Extensive Digital Performance and/or Channel Marketing experience;
- An analytical mind to research and identify new business opportunities;
- Experience in Retail combined with FMCG with be highly regarded;
- Experience in building out eCommerce / pure play infrastructure; and
- Strong stakeholder influencing skills to educate/advocate best practice.
