About the role:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director, Partnerships will be accountable for providing strategic leadership and growing a highly profitable, sustainable Partnerships business through product, brand and channel development. As a member of the Executive Team, the Director Partnerships also plays a key role in setting the overall direction of the company. The role requires a leader with exceptional business development skills at the large enterprise level to develop the Partnership Distribution business, as well as the operational and strategic insights to enable new products to grow into significant businesses in the future. This will be achieved through a differentiated, disciplined and entrepreneurial culture leveraging the scale of the larger insurance business.
About you:
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate experience in a Group Executive or General Management role including accountability for significant financial levers combined with a high degree of commercial acumen and people responsibility. You will also have a track record of success driving performance through accountability for results in a high-performance culture. The ability to think strategically as well as a deep understanding of business processes, operational challenges and drivers will be critical in this executive appointment.
