Troocoo are proud to be partnering with a leading Australian retailer, as we go to market in search of an experienced Workplace Relations Partner to join their high performing and collaborative Workplace Relations team.
About the Role
As a key member of the National People & Culture team, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing strategic advice, guidance, and support on a broad range of industrial and workplace relations matters. You’ll lead enterprise bargaining initiatives, partner with senior stakeholders, and influence organisational decisions to ensure compliance, engagement, and sustainable business outcomes.

About the Role

You’ll lead enterprise bargaining initiatives, partner with senior stakeholders, and influence organisational decisions to ensure compliance, engagement, and sustainable business outcomes.
This role involves:
- Leading end-to-end enterprise agreement negotiations, from planning to implementation
- Advising leaders on complex industrial matters and workforce reform
- Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with unions and key stakeholders
- Translating complex legal and industrial concepts into practical, plain-English solutions
- Supporting continuous improvement in workplace relations strategy, processes, and compliance
About You
You’re a confident and commercially minded Workplace Relations professional who thrives in complex environments. With strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act and experience across enterprise bargaining, you bring both technical expertise and the ability to influence and coach senior stakeholders.
You will bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Law, Industrial Relations, HR or a related discipline high desirable
- At least 5 years’ experience in workplace or industrial relations
- Demonstrated success in enterprise agreement negotiations and stakeholder engagement
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and impact
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong commercial and risk awareness
