Troocoo are partnered with an Australian made and owned cosmetic manufacturing company with a down to earth culture. The team is dedicated to creating products that are future ready, Australian products designed for you. Due to recent business changes, ongoing projects and entering the company’s busiest season of the year, they are looking to hire a Warehouse Operations Manager on an initial short-term, temporary contract basis.

The Role
Reporting into the Operations Manager, this role has a project focus along with a mixture of other responsibilities which include:
- Develop and implement a KPI reporting structure and framework
- Collect and analyse data to track current performance
- Create templates and workflows for newly implemented processes
- Train warehouse and logistics staff on new processes and procedures
- Manage the day-to-day operations whilst the Warehouse Manager is on leave
- Proven experience working in a Warehouse Management position ideally in a variety of businesses
- Strong understanding of warehouse reporting and KPI development
- Must have previous experience using ERP system NetSuite
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
