We are recruiting for a Treasury Manager to join a leading organisation in the financial services industry, based in Brisbane’s southern suburbs. This is an initial 2-month contract role with a strong view to permanency, supporting the business through a key period of strategic focus.

About the Role:
As Treasury Manager, you will manage the bank’s liquidity, funding, and market risk activities, while contributing to balance sheet strategy and regulatory compliance. You’ll provide timely insights and reporting to senior stakeholders, including ALCO and the executive team, and support the development of funding plans and treasury policy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day treasury operations including liquidity, funding, and interest rate risk
- Provide accurate reporting and analysis for ALCO, executive, and board stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with prudential standards and internal risk appetite statements
- Support investor updates and rating agency presentations
- Contribute to balance sheet strategy, stress testing, and contingency planning
- Proven treasury experience in the banking industry
- Strong knowledge of liquidity management, balance sheet strategy, and prudential compliance
- Experience preparing executive-level reporting and managing treasury risks
- Collaborative communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in a small, high-performing team
