Training Administrator

Troocoo are please to partner with a key client to recruit an experienced Training Administrator for an ASAP start on a 6-month temporary contract, with strong potential for extension. This role is based in the Brisbane CBD and offers full-time hours (38 per week).
This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting learning and development initiatives.
About the Role
Reporting to the Training/L&D team, you will provide high-quality support to ensure training programs run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Updating and maintaining employee training records and personal details
  • Scheduling and coordinating training sessions (internal and external)
  • Managing training calendars, attendance records and compliance data
  • Preparing reports and spreadsheets using Excel
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and training providers
  • Support to the training functions and opportunity to work on exciting projects
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Previous experience in an a similar role across, Training of HR function
  • Strong Excel skills (including data entry, reporting, vlookups and formatting)
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confidence managing multiple tasks and competing deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
  • Availability to start immediately or at short notice
