Technical Team Lead - Operations

Job description

Troocoo are partnered with a highly recongisable Queensland brand for the recruitment of a technical leadership position. This role will act as a team lead position and will oversee the operational performance and uplift in capability of a core platform. 

This is an initial 6 month day rate contract, competitive rates on offer and fantastic working conditions (WFH Flexibility), CBD location. 

Your role 
  • Develop and uplift capability across the team, providing technical solutions and guidance where possible
  • Drive new projects and initiatives to improve existing platforms
  • Utilise organisational technology central to the role (budgets, audits, reporting systems)
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver projects in alignment with enterprise ICT strategy (PMO professionals, Architects, Developers etc)
  • Manage new development projects and report on project status, challenges, resource allocation
Key Skills & Experience

  • Demonstratable experience in team leadership positions with a strong technical foundation
  • Experience operating in a scrum master position (allocating sprints, workload across teams)
  • Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Technology (Azure DevOps, .NET Core, Azure Container and Serverless Technologies)
  • Extensive solution development experience in Software Engineering for large commercial corporates, preferably utilities, finance or large retail
  • Experience in agile delivery methodologies/tools and project execution
