Technical Delivery Lead

Job description

We are seeking a senior Technical Delivery Lead to take end-to-end ownership of the technical delivery of a high-profile Complaint Management program within a large, regulated enterprise environment.

This role is suited to someone who sits comfortably between delivery, architecture, and governance, a lead who can translate strategy into execution, manage technical risk, and ensure technology lands effectively for both the organisation and its users.
This is not a coordination-only role. You will have real authority across technical decision-making, integration, vendor delivery, and stakeholder engagement.

About the role
In this role, you will:
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex technical initiatives
  • Own technical delivery outcomes across integration, testing, deployment, and go-live
  • Work closely with project managers, solution architects, vendors, and business stakeholders
  • Manage internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
  • Identify, mitigate, and manage technical and delivery risks within strong governance frameworks
  • Ensure solutions align with user experience, compliance, and ROI objectives
  • Provide trusted technical leadership and specialist advice across the full project lifecycle
About you
  • You are a senior delivery professional who brings:
  • Proven experience leading technical delivery in complex, enterprise environments
  • Strong background in system integration, enterprise platforms, or case/CRM/workflow solutions
  • Experience working within regulated or high-scrutiny environments (e.g. government, education, financial services, utilities, health, NFP)
  • Confidence managing vendors, cross-functional teams, and senior stakeholders
  • A pragmatic, outcomes-focused approach to risk, governance, and delivery
  • You may currently (or previously) hold titles such as:
  • Technical Delivery Lead
  • Technology / IT Delivery Manager
  • Technical Program Manager
  • Senior Technical Project Manager
  • Digital or Enterprise Delivery Lead
