We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Business Analyst with deep expertise in Finance Systems, particularly Oracle Fusion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion applications and related finance systems.
Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and other financial platforms is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities of the Technical Business Analyst will be as follows:
- Lead or support end-to-end implementations and upgrades of Oracle Fusion Finance modules.
- Configure Oracle Fusion applications to meet business requirements,
- Ensure proper system integrations with other platforms such as Workday Adaptive, Procure-to-Pay, Payroll, ERP, etc.
- Perform detailed system analysis and design specifications for finance-related processes.
- Engage with finance, accounting, and procurement stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Act as a liaison between functional users and technical developers to ensure clear communication and successful delivery.
- Document business processes, functional specifications, user stories, and system flows.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the finance systems landscape.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion and other finance tools.
- Assist with training users and developing documentation for new processes or features.
- Support or lead finance systems projects from planning through deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, HR, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in finance systems.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials – implementation, configuration, and post-go-live support.
- Strong understanding of financial business processes, such as General Ledger, Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Fixed Assets.
- Experience in writing SQL queries, working with data integrations, and supporting finance data analysis.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or other FP&A tools.
- Familiarity with cloud-based ERP systems and SaaS financial platforms.
