About your new role: 
This is your opportunity to join a large retail client who is focused on ensuring their customers get the best experience. As the Technical Business Analyst, you'll be working on a digital capability platform which focuses on the technical work behind apps/websites. The purpose of this project is to ensure customers gets personalised ads that are more relevant and tailored to their wants. 

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritise requirements 
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business needs and technical capabilities
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to gather insights and drive project goals.
• Support project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring project progress, ensuring alignment with the project objectives.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria for functional and non-functional/technical requirements

About you:

• Senior Technical Business Analyst with previous experience working on digital/marketing projects 
• Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics experience is ideal
• Experience working on agile projects
• Technical background 
• Strong communication skills
