- collecting business requirements from stakeholders and translating them into precise technical specifications
- Detailing current business processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements
- Creating use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Creating detailed requirements documents that align stakeholders on the purpose and scope of data products
- Preparing data models that fulfil business requirements – includes cleansing, joining and aggregation of relevant data point
- Using visualisation tools to surface relevant insights to key audiences
- Implementing complex calculations in large data sets.
- Facilitating meetings between Business and Group Technology teams
- Translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Explaining business needs to technical development teams
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Python in the context of data preparation
- Extensive experience working with Cloud Platforms (e.g. Azure, GCP, AWS)
- Proven experience in Power BI dashboard development
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrable experience managing large and complex data sets, with high attention to detail and commitment to data quality and integrity
