The role:
Key Responsibilities   
  1. Working closely with key business decision makers as well as development and testing teams to offer guidance and advice on what solutions will best fit the business’ needs, now and into the future.
  2. Liaising with developers and system architects to ensure the system design is correctly implemented.
  3. Reviewing training manuals and user documentation to support newly adopted systems, technology or procedures.
  4. Support in maintaining the Project RAID/Change register with respect to Technical issues.
  5. Hands on experience in reviewing API definitions.
  6. Hands on experience in testing APIs through tools like Postman.
  7. Desirable - Experience in Testing or configuring or Supporting Informatica MDM Solution.
  8. Experience in using MS Teams, Confluence, JIRA - Collaboration tools.
  9. Maintain & Review As-Built documentation that comes out of the Build Phase. - (Informatica MDM, Swagger Hub, Confluent Kafka, Boomi MCS artifacts).
  10. Co-ordinate with client architects to sign these As-Build artifacts off.
  11. Handover to Ops - Documentation to be reviewed. Identify and remediate gaps in the process.
 
The successful candidate:
The successful candidate will currently be working in Technical Business Analysts team.
  1. Experience in Gathering, documenting, and analysing technical business requirements and the relationship with context diagrams, solutions architecture documents, application impact assessments, integrations and supporting technical components.
  2. Researching and assessing current processes, technologies, and systems to gain an understanding of the problems and challenges to be overcome
  3. Review data models, process diagrams and wireframes.
