Team Manager – Claims
Location: Brisbane | Type: 6-Month Contract | Hybrid (3-4 Days in Office)

Troocoo is working on behalf of a leading organisation to find two experienced Team Managers to lead high-performing claims teams. If you're a strong people leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves coaching, and brings fresh thinking, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

You’ll oversee a team of Claims Managers, driving performance, quality, and engagement. Insurance experience is a bonus, but not essential, we’re looking for exceptional leaders who can inspire, challenge the status quo, and deliver results.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead, coach, and support a team to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Run 1:1s, performance reviews, and meaningful coaching conversations
  • Drive KPIs and team accountability
  • Review service quality through call and file audits
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Contribute ideas and challenge processes to improve performance
What You Bring
  • Proven leadership in customer service or high-volume environments
  • Strong performance management and people development skills
  • Excellent time management and decision-making abilities
  • A proactive mindset with a drive for improvement
The Offer
  • Immediate start. Ideally however, we can work with a 1-2 week notice period.
  • Hybrid work – 3-4 days in office
  • Rotating roster between 7am–7pm (Mon–Fri), occasional weekend work
