Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Partners and the wider team
- Coordinate client onboarding and ensure compliance with BDO Risk & Quality Management policies
- Prepare billing information and support the invoice process to ensure timely completion
- Manage client correspondence and general administrative duties including scanning, filing, archiving, and collation of documents
- Organise meetings, events, training sessions, travel, and accommodation bookings
To be successful in this role, you’ll be available for an immediate start and bring:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role (Team Coordinator, Practice Assistant, or Admin Assistant)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to process and compliance
- Excellent time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Experience using systems such as Workday, APS, or Corporate Traveller is highly regarded
- Work with a leading advisory firm in a professional and dynamic team
- Immediate start, with onboarding completed within 3–5 business days
- Flexible work model (WFH one day per week after training)
