The Opportunity
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, the Talent & Employee Experience Partner will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from attracting and hiring top talent to onboarding, engagement, and offboarding. The role will also focus on optimising HR processes through technology and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, ensuring Eureka attracts and retains high-quality talent.
- Enhance employer branding through strategic recruitment marketing and engagement initiatives.
- Oversee a structured onboarding experience, ensuring new employees feel supported from day one.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including contracts, role changes, and workforce administration.
- Utilise Employment Hero (or a similar HRIS) to streamline HR workflows and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Work legislation and best-practice HR policies.
- Partner with hiring managers to align workforce planning with business growth objectives.
- Conduct exit interviews and implement strategies to improve employee retention.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or employee experience roles.
- Strong knowledge of Employment Hero or similar HRIS and ATS platforms desirable.
- Proven ability to enhance employer branding and implement effective recruitment strategies highly sought after.
- Experience in managing HR compliance, employment contracts, and policy implementation desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use HR analytics to track hiring trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
