About the role
An opportunity exists for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a collaborative People & Culture team, to play a pivotal role in attracting and securing high-quality talent across a diverse and purpose-led organisation.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment across a broad portfolio of roles
- Develop tailored sourcing strategies using contemporary methods including direct sourcing, networking and talent pooling
- Manage the full end-to recruitment lifecycle
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience that strengthens the organisation’s employer brand
- Support Hiring Managers with interview frameworks, selection decisions and assessment tools
- Maintain strong market awareness including labour market trends, competitor activity and candidate expectations
- Build and manage relationships with preferred recruitment suppliers
- Support onboarding, induction and early tenure check-ins to ensure successful transitions
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships
- Confident sourcing across LinkedIn, SEEK and modern ATS platforms
- Highly organised, self-driven and comfortable managing multiple roles concurrently
- Strong communication skills with a genuine focus on candidate care
- Experience recruiting across corporate and/or community services roles will be highly regarded
