About The Role
Arrow Energy is going from strength to strength and requires an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the existing Talent function within the People and Culture team, for an initial 2-3 month contract. Your role is key to delivering the right talent at the right time to support Arrow Energy’s vision. You will deliver value through actively coaching and up-skilling hiring managers in best practice talent acquisition, proactively building and maintaining talent pools for critical roles within your business and delivering excellent candidate care. Delivering end-to-end recruitment, you will be sourcing, screening and placing the right people with a focus on quality and best fit. Further to supporting the recruitment process you will be assisting in the onboarding to ensure employees are set for success.
About you
You will be an experience Talent Acquisition professional, with proven ability to deliver on high volume recruitment. Experience within resources, mining or heavy industry is valued, but not essential. Your professionalism, drive and positive attitude will be key to your successful business relationships, and you will have a great ability to hit the ground running. To be successful in this role you will have strong stakeholder management ability, a focus on exceptional candidate experience and are an outstanding communicator with proven track record of coaching leaders to ensure great hiring outcomes.
