With a strong reputation for innovation, quality, and safety, our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to support their expanding pipeline of projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business and play a pivotal role in enhancing the talent acquisition function, driving improvements to the candidate experience and strengthening the organisation’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP).

About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent across both white collar and blue collar,  You'll work closely with hiring managers, project leaders, and HR to deliver strategic recruitment outcomes and ensure a seamless candidate experience across a broad range of technical and professional positions. This is a full time permanent position based in Brisbane's South offering 2 days work from home and flexible working hours. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand project and workforce requirements
  • Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies across construction, engineering, and corporate functions
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job brief through to offer
  • Build proactive talent pipelines to meet current and future project demands
  • Actively promote the employer brand through market engagement and candidate experience
  • Utilise recruitment systems and tools to drive efficiency and data-led decision making
  • Strategic sourcing activities, through Linkedin, seek, and personal networks
  • Stay informed of market trends, competitor activity, and industry insights
About You
  • Proven experience in internal or agency recruitment, ideally within construction, infrastructure, or engineering
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all levels of the business
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
  • Experience using ATS and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Passionate about delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Solid understanding of recruitment compliance and employment legislation
