About the role
These exciting opportunities will see you join a close-knit team in a Talent Acquisition Advisor capacity, reporting to the People and Culture Operations Manager. Our client is passionate about engaging their workforce through their employee value proposition which prioritises the wellbeing and satisfaction of employees as the key driver for business success. You will provide exceptional candidate care, proactively sourcing and pooling quality candidates for current and future business needs. Day-to-day, you will:
  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment for the business.
  • Work collectively within the wider People and Culture team to affect actions within the Employee Value Proposition, workforce, and succession planning processes.
  • Deliver effective onboarding solutions to new employees, ensuring processes align with relevant company and industry requirements.
  • Proactively source candidates and develop a strong network through the maintenance of effective external stakeholder relationships and the use of networking and job-seeking platforms.
  • Apply industry research and emerging trends to deliver innovative and effective workforce planning outcomes.  
About you
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will act with integrity and confidence to deliver exceptional candidate outcomes and experiences. Placing our client as a top employer within the industry, you will be a forward-thinker who applies their industry knowledge and uses emerging trends to proactively source and pool candidates. Your exceptional communication skills will be evident in both a written and verbal capacity, and you will apply your strong interpersonal skills to develop an extensive network of talent. You will also ideally have:
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering end-to-end recruitment.
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant legislation, pre-employment requirements and recuritment systems. 
  • Experience in proactive sourcing through networks and media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
