Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: advertising, screening, interviews, onboarding
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across multiple operational sites
- Partner with local schools, job providers, and community groups to drive engagement
- Support the planning and delivery of community initiatives and careers events
- Champion employer branding efforts and localised marketing campaigns
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and onboarding processes
- Prepare regular recruitment metrics and reporting
- Attend local events in the area to attract potential talent
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (internal or agency)
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in stakeholder engagement
- A personal or professional connection to agriculture or livestock is highly desirable
- Knowledge of recruitment legislation and compliance processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
