This is a fantastic opportunity to play a hands-on role in talent acquisition and community engagement for a values-driven business at the heart of Australia's food production.
About the Role
Based in the Yanco NSW, this full-time role will support recruitment activity across several key operational sites, including production and feedlot facilities. As part of a collaborative HR team, you will take ownership of high-volume, end-to-end recruitment while fostering meaningful relationships within the local community.
You will thrive in this role if you have a genuine interest in agriculture or livestock, enjoy connecting with people, and want to contribute to both business growth and local community development.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: advertising, screening, interviews, onboarding
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across multiple operational sites
• Partner with local schools, job providers, and community groups to drive engagement
• Support the planning and delivery of community initiatives and careers events
• Champion employer branding efforts and localised marketing campaigns
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and onboarding processes
• Prepare regular recruitment metrics and reporting
• Attend local events in the area to attract potential talent

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (internal or agency)
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in stakeholder engagement
• A personal or professional connection to agriculture or livestock is highly desirable
• Knowledge of recruitment legislation and compliance processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• A collaborative, proactive, and community-minded attitude
