The Opportunity

This newly defined position plays a key role in aligning recruitment strategies with organisational goals. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll design and implement proactive, data-driven sourcing approaches that attract and secure top-tier talent across all business units.
As a trusted advisor, you’ll contribute to workforce planning, provide market insights, and champion the firm’s position as an employer of choice within the professional services industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to forecast talent needs and build proactive recruitment pipelines.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and specialist appointments, ensuring a premium candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Use talent data and analytics to optimise recruitment performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion the organisation’s employer brand, ensuring all engagement reflects excellence and professionalism.
  • Advise leaders on market trends, competitor insights, and recruitment best practice.
  • Maintain compliance with employment and IR legislation while supporting policy development.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to broader People & Culture projects.
  • Attend networking events and manage external vendors, further adding value to the firms brand presence locally and beyond.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment within financial, consulting, or professional services environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at a senior level.
  • Sound understanding of employment law, IR frameworks, and recruitment compliance.
  • Skilled in strategic sourcing, employer branding, and talent mapping.
  • Commercially astute with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Experience using recruitment technologies such as Greenhouse, HiBob, and LinkedIn Recruiter will be highly regarded.
