We are looking for a Systems Engineer to join a leader in Technology & Transformation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the End User Computing (EUC) platforms within the organisation. This involves delivering EUC-related projects, ensuring platform health, assessing new technologies, and driving transformative change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a technical lead and subject matter expert (SME) for EUC.
• Design, implement, and maintain EUC platforms and associated services and devices.
• Provide technical guidance to project and business teams on EUC-related initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure platform stability and uptime.
• Evaluate and recommend new EUC products, features, and technologies, overseeing their implementation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with EUC platforms and associated services and devices.
• Strong understanding of EUC and cloud computing technologies, including MS Azure, Citrix, Windows Server, Desktop OS, and MS Intune Configuration Manager.
• Advanced technical knowledge of EUC and cloud computing technologies.
