Key Responsibilities:
- Contact clients to confirm and update service agreements in a clear, respectful, and empathetic manner
- Accurately document client conversations and case notes
- Maintain and manage data in Excel spreadsheets and internal systems
- Liaise with aged care providers and internal teams to coordinate services
- Ensure all client information is handled with confidentiality and compliance
- Deliver friendly, professional support while working independently from home
- Previous experience in aged care, NDIS, disability support, or customer service
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with high attention to detail
- Confident using Excel and other digital tools for tracking and reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- A proactive, empathetic, and client-focused approach
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining accuracy
- A current Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check are essential
- Start Date: Monday 19th May
- Duration: 2 weeks, with potential for extension
- Location: Fully remote (you must have your own reliable internet and quiet workspace)
- Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday
