The Position

This Supply Officer coordinates the inbound flow of stock from suppliers into the Queensland warehouse, managing delivery schedules and supplier communication to ensure stock is accurate, compliant, and on time.

This is a permanent, full-time role, based in Bowen Hills, or Eagle Farm, QLD, with flexible working arrangements.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Proactively build and nurture supplier relationships
  • Coach suppliers on performance improvements and co-create solutions for recurring issues
  • Manage day-to-day incoming deliveries and validate delivery schedules
  • Update delivery records and maintain accurate data in the system
  • Coordinate and resolve delivery issues with suppliers, logistics providers and the fulfilment centre
  • Collaborate with Buying, Product and Warehousing teams regularly to discuss incoming stock, forecast changes, and communicate back to suppliers
  • Maintain and improve inbound process documentation, templates, and reporting
  • Support cross-functional planning for peak seasons
  • Manage the coordination of minor international freight as required

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will have seen success in your previous positions because of your strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven experience in Supply Chain/Logistics Coordinator or related roles
  • Retail industry experience is preferred
  • Customer-centric mindset and approach
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Team player with good relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven experience managing supplier relationships and resolving delivery issues
