The Position

We are recruiting a Supply Chain & Inventory Analyst to join the Planning team on a full-time, permanent basis, located in Brisbane’s inner southern suburbs, with the option to work from home one day a week once settled into the role.

The Supply Chain & Inventory Analyst is responsible for analysing, and reporting on industry and internal historical sales data, as well as monitoring and optimising inventory levels. 

Key responsibilities include:
  • Analyse, interpret and report on industry sales performance and market trends
  • Coordinate and support dealer vehicle orders
  • Support the forecasting of inventory requirements for dealers nationwide
  • Coordinate and maintain accurate, optimal stock levels across multiple locations
  • Supply accurate and timely reports to the supply chain and sales departments
  • Identify opportunities to improve and optimise supply chain processes to support sales growth

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills required
  • Experience using ERP systems and Power BI
  • Intermediate Excel capability required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels
  • Previous experience in the automotive or heavy industry preferred but not essential
