About the Role
Joining a large Program of work with our QLD State Government client, the SF Solutions Architect will be responsible for the overall architecture, design and integration of the SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ECP environment but not limited to SAP HCM (including SAP ERP & other SAP solutions) within the HCMS program.
The role ensures that SAP cloud applications and components are correctly implemented, scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards.

Joining a large Program of work with our QLD State Government client, the SF Solutions Architect will be responsible for the overall architecture, design and integration of the SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ECP environment but not limited to SAP HCM (including SAP ERP & other SAP solutions) within the HCMS program.
The role ensures that SAP cloud applications and components are correctly implemented, scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design the technical architecture for SAP SF (Employee Central, Onboarding, Time, Recruitment) and ECP
- Ensure optimal integration between SAP modules, BTP, Azure Data Hub, and legacy systems
- Define configuration boundaries and recommend best practices for extensibility (e.g. using BTP extensions)
- Support interface development and data migration activities from legacy (TSS) to SAP
- Lead the SAP technical review for deliverables including configuration workbooks, integration mapping, and security models
- Act as liaison with SAP, system integrator (SI), and internal stakeholders
- Extensive experience in SAP HCM/SF architecture roles
- Proven design experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ECP, SAP ERP and SAP BTP
- Strong knowledge of OData APIs, SAP BTP, and integration strategies
- Understanding of Australian payroll, awards, enterprise agreements (but not essential)
- Prior public sector or education sector experience highly desirable (but not essential)
- SAP Certification
