Troocoo are partnering with a Global organisation that operates in over 35 countries and is a leader within the mining and technology industries. We are working closely with our client to assist in finding an Identity and User Access Specialist. Reporting directly to the Principal Advisor – Identity and User Access, this role will identify both technical and process opportunities to enhance the services provided by the Identity Solution.
The successful Specialist – Identity and User Access will be responsible for:

We are working closely with our client to assist in finding an Identity and User Access Specialist. Reporting directly to the Principal Advisor – Identity and User Access, this role will identify both technical and process opportunities to enhance the services provided by the Identity Solution.
The successful Specialist – Identity and User Access will be responsible for:
- Support and maintain the IAM solutions, via software life cycles, adherence to ITIL based operational support and delivery processes to provide high availability and usability to the systems.
- Act as IAM SME and provide support to Identity operations vendor resources, business users, applications, and technology teams.
- Should be able to contribute and maintain Identity Management reference architectures and roadmaps, Technical, and process/governance standards.
- Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for Identity control improvement.
- Partner with Business and IS&T stakeholders to define opportunities and identify and prioritize projects based on business value and requirements.
- Proactively share knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to build competitive advantage and improve efficiency and effectiveness of the identity management services.
- Several years’ experience in supporting / deploying Identity management (IGA) platforms for large global enterprise environments
- Experience in Industry leading Identity solution (Eg SailPoint, Saviant)
- Demonstrated experience in integrating with a complex global ERP (including HR) environment
- Experience in Identity lifecycle (including guest user) and privilege user and access management
- Traditional Active Directory as well as Azure Active Directory experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
