Troocoo is proud to be working with a large, purpose-driven not-for-profit organisation seeking a Sourcing Specialist to lead high-value strategic sourcing across a diverse portfolio of goods and services.

In this role, you will deliver complex sourcing initiatives, influence strategic procurement outcomes, and partner with senior stakeholders to create value beyond cost savings. With strong autonomy and visibility, this role offers the opportunity to influence senior decision-making while contributing to meaningful, values-led outcomes.
  
Key responsibilities include: 

• Lead and deliver high-value strategic sourcing initiatives end-to-end
• Develop fact-based sourcing strategies, opportunity analysis, and commercial recommendations
• Lead sophisticated supplier negotiations and contract development activities
• Provide advice on procurement strategy, sourcing methodologies, and market engagement
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives
• Identify cost savings, value improvement opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in a senior sourcing or strategic procurement role.
• Substantial experience in categories such as  Facilities, Maintenance  or Corporate will be highly regarded.
• Strong capability in leading complex sourcing projects and commercial negotiations.
• High level of commercial acumen and market analysis capability.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
