Play a key role modernising technology for a leading organisation in the aged care sector. We’re looking for a hands‑on Solution Architect with deep expertise across enterprise networking, SD‑WAN, cloud‑based SASE, data centre hosting, and hybrid cloud environments. You’ll shape the technical vision, guide decision‑making, and ensure secure, scalable, and future‑ready solutions.

What you’ll do

• Design end‑to‑end network, connectivity, and hosting architectures across SD‑WAN, cloud, and on‑prem environments.
• Lead and govern SD‑WAN architectures (Palo Alto, Velocloud, Juniper ideal).
• Architect integrated SASE + SD‑WAN solutions supporting secure access and smart traffic steering.
• Design resilient on‑prem data centre and hybrid/multi‑cloud connectivity solutions.
• Engage business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into clear, actionable designs.
• Produce detailed architectural documentation, technical plans, and component specifications.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and technology roadmaps.

What you bring

• Broad architecture experience across networking, infrastructure, cloud, and security.
• Strong SD‑WAN design background (Palo Alto / Velocloud / Juniper).
• Experience with SASE, cloud networking, routing, resilience, and data centre design.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate with non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering secure, supportable, scalable enterprise solutions.
• Tertiary IT qualification; TOGAF or cloud/security/network certifications highly regarded.
• Living in Brisbane and able to work in the office 1-2 x days a week
