This role is all about people and performance. You’ll be the driving force behind a vibrant, person-centred environment, where your team feels supported, your clients feel valued, and your site runs like a well-oiled (but still fun!) machine.

Why you’ll love it
  • A role with real purpose – you’re changing lives, every day.
  • Variety & pace – no two days are the same.
  • A chance to lead, grow, and innovate – while having a laugh along the way.
  • Be part of a supportive organisation with strong values and a big heart.
What you’ll be doing
  • Leading and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional, person-centred services.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders.
  • Driving business development opportunities to grow services in the community.
  • Managing site operations end-to-end, with a focus on safety, quality, and compliance.
  • Keeping your team engaged, organised, and performing at their best.
  • Monitoring budgets, performance targets, and customer satisfaction - and hitting the mark.
What we’re looking for
  • Previous leadership experience (bonus points if in disability, community, or customer-focused industries).
  • A natural people person who enjoys building strong, genuine relationships.
  • Highly organised with a knack for problem-solving and juggling priorities.
  • Someone who loves a challenge, embraces change, and brings a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Business development experience or the drive to spot and grow opportunities.
  • Relevant qualifications and degree in Human Services or a related field.
Perks & benefits
  • Competitive salary package
  • The satisfaction of leading a purpose-driven team
  • Ongoing professional development and support
  • The chance to work for an organisation that’s respected and community-focused
