Service Manager

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and passionate leader to oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred disability support across a portfolio of home (SIL) services in the Sunshine Coast.

This role offers the chance to lead a dedicated team by example and renewed focus on client outcomes, staff development, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, develop and support a high-performing team of Site Supervisors and Support Workers.
  • Drive person-centred, strengths-based service delivery aligned with client NDIS plans.
  • Manage day-to-day operations including staffing, incident management, rostering, and financial oversight.
  • Collaborate with families, health practitioners, support coordinators and other stakeholders to ensure consistent and safe support.
  • Champion continuous improvement and implement strategies that promote service innovation and efficiency.
  • Handle complex client needs and escalate risks where appropriate.
  • Build community connections and identify opportunities to grow and tailor services in line with local needs.
About You:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience managing disability, community, or residential services.
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS, relevant quality and safeguarding standards, and sector legislation.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop diverse teams in dynamic service environments.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and crisis response capability.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver operational results.
