Service Manager

Job description

We are looking for an experienced leader to manage a portfolio of 24/7 disability accommodation services, supporting individuals to live independently and reach their NDIS goals.
 
In this role, you’ll lead multi-site operations with a focus on person-centred care, team performance, safety, and financial sustainability.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support a team delivering high-quality, individualised services
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS, Quality & Safeguarding Frameworks
  • Drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
  • Manage budgets, occupancy, and operational KPIs
  • Foster strong relationships with families, carers, and stakeholders
What You’ll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field
  • Proven experience managing multi-site operations in disability or human services
  • Strong understanding of NDIS, safeguarding, and risk management
  • Strong people leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving skills
  • Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
