The Role
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain ANZ, this Senior Supply Chain Supervisor manages a team of four direct reports and ensures that strategic partnerships are effectively managed, supply chain systems are optimised, and products and equipment are delivered to stores on time and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and mentor team members in procurement and supply chain best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and 3PL distributors to ensure timely delivery.
- Negotiate, draft, and manage contract agreements with key suppliers.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock on hand, run outs, and performance KPIs.
- Manage the supply and maintenance of all products and non-food equipment used in stores.
- Act as a liaison between store managers and corporate departments to address supply chain concerns and streamline processes.
- Compile and analyse data to identify trends, support inventory forecasts, and optimise stock management.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and cost savings within the supply chain.
Skills & Experience

- Proven experience within a Procurement, or Supply Chain Management role.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, negotiation, contract and supplier management.
- Excellent leadership skills and previous experience managing direct reports required.
- Food or wider FMCG industry experience is essential.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Team player with good relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
